Established in 1997 by Co-Founders Stephen Ibbotson and Luke McDonald in Sydney, Australia, our company has grown from a niche, boutique provider to a trusted name in the recruitment industry.
Originally focused on delivering recruitment solutions for FMCG, Engineering, Operations, and Technical supply chains, Talent Focus Recruitment quickly gained a reputation for excellence in matching exceptional candidates with the right opportunities. In 2022, recognizing the increasing demand for top-tier executive search services in the Asia Pacific region, Talent Focus Asia Pacific was established. With our expansion into Singapore and the APAC region, we continue to provide exceptional recruitment services tailored to the specific needs of the market.
